  • Communications: contact enquiries, support conversations, attachments, preferences, and notification delivery records.
  • Technical information: browser, device, IP address, timestamps, logs, and information needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to create and administer accounts, verify identity, process instructions, display balances and records, provide support, send service and security notices, prevent fraud, enforce limits, meet legal obligations, improve reliability, and protect customers and Sentra Trust.

We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

These include access controls, protected sessions, secure credential storage, audit records, and monitoring. No system is completely risk-free, so customers must also protect their credentials and devices.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. Information is securely deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, update, restrict, or delete certain personal information, or object to particular processing. Some financial and compliance records cannot be deleted immediately. You can manage communication preferences in Settings and submit privacy requests through Contact Us.

7. Cookies and local storage

We may use essential browser storage to maintain sessions, remember display preferences such as theme, protect forms, and support account functionality. Essential storage cannot always be disabled without affecting the service.
